The policy
If you buy a digital product from Master AI Wealth and it isn't useful to you, email hello@masteraiwealth.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to explain yourself. You don't need to prove you tried it. You don't need to complete a form or sit through a retention offer.
Why it's this simple
Our products cost single-digit dollars. The time either of us would spend arguing about a refund is worth more than the refund. And a policy you'd have to fight to use isn't a policy — it's decoration.
How to request one
- Email hello@masteraiwealth.com
- Use the address you bought with, or tell us which one you used
- Say "refund" — that's genuinely enough
We aim to action requests within two business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Keeping the files
These are digital downloads, so we can't take them back and we won't ask you to delete anything. We'd simply ask that you don't share or resell material you've been refunded for.
After 30 days
Email us anyway. If something has genuinely gone wrong, we'd rather fix it than hide behind a date.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged twice or charged for something you didn't receive, email us and we'll sort it immediately — that's an error, not a refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before contacting your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee; an email takes two days and costs nothing. We have never refused a refund request.
